Order & Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered, it may be due to a technical issue. Please email us at hombiq5216@gmail.com, and our team will review and resolve the issue. In cases where a refund is applicable, the process usually takes up to 15 business days to complete.

We strive to maintain accurate stock counts for all crystal and related products listed on our website. However, in rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfill the available products in your order and contact you to choose one of the following options:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on the relevant courier company’s website.

Customers must provide a complete and valid address with accurate contact details. HOMBIQ will not be responsible for any loss of shipment due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Deliveries by our courier partners are conducted Monday through Sunday during standard business hours. Our warehouse operates on 24/7, excluding national holidays. 

Delivery Attempts

All deliveries will be attempted two times. If you are unable to receive your package during the first attempt, it will be redelivered once more. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and additional shipping fees will apply for re-dispatch.

Delays

Any delay or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company is beyond our control. While we will make every effort to help track and expedite delayed shipments, HOMBIQ cannot be held liable for any delays once the item has been dispatched from our end.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please email us immediately at hombiq5216@gmail.com with photos and an unboxing video as evidence. Our support team will review your case and work with you to provide a resolution.
